PEB Structure

A pre-engineered building structure is a construction concept where the building components are manufactured off-site in a factory and then assembled on-site. These components include columns, beams, roof trusses, and wall panels, among others. The design, engineering, and fabrication processes are completed before shipment, allowing for faster and more efficient construction. Pre-engineered buildings are popular in commercial, industrial, and warehouse applications due to their cost-effectiveness and quick assembly.

Tubular & Angular Trusses

One of the least expensive and most practical roofing systems for different types of structures are steel roof trusses. In locations where sloping roofs are required, roof trusses are used. In factories, industrial work sheds, shopping malls, large exhibition centers, multiplexes, workshop structures, storage godowns, and warehouses where expansive column-free spaces are necessary for operating needs, these are most frequently employed.

Every Thing Is Automated

Plasma Cutting Machine

Plasma Cutting Machine

Plasma cutting is one effective method to cut thin and thick materials. Owing to high speed and precision of cuts, this method is widely used in automotive repair and restoration, industrial construction, manufacturing, salvage and scrapping.

H Beam Machine

H Beam Machine

The Pre Cut Flange & Web Plates are loaded on to the inlet conveyor for further Beam Fabrication processes. The plates are fed to the “H Beam Tack welding station” for doing single point entry level tacking between the 2 Flanges & the Web to form an H configuration.

Submerged Arc Welding

SAW (Submerged Arc Welding)

Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) is a joining process that involves the formation of an electric arc between a continuously fed electrode and the work piece to be welded. A blanket of powdered flux surrounds and covers the arc and, when molten, provides electrical conduction between the metal to be joined and the electrode.
